Apply for Stream 1 - eVisitor, as this visa type is free of charge.

$20 reimbursement will not be provided to those who are eligible for a free eVisitor visa.

All passport nationalities not listed in the Stream 1 and Stream 2 visa types will require a Subclass 600 Business Visitor Visa.

Apply as soon as you are instructed to do so. Some visa streams process quickly, while others may take several weeks or months.

Yes. Your passport must remain valid for your full stay in Australia. It should have a minimum of 6 months validity remaining from your intended departure date for Australia.

If your passport expires before your return flight home, wait until you receive your new passport before applying for your visa.

If your visa is rejected, submit a GG ticket as soon as possible and attach a copy of the rejection letter. The team will review and advise if there are any further steps that can be taken.

The table below outlines the allowances provided for each home country for Subclass 600 visa. Biometrics Collection costs are based on where you live/reside, not your passport nationality. PH & VN will receive these amounts transferred to their bank account by the 17th July. All other nationalities - the below amounts are a guide only please submit an expense claim here with your receipt and proof of bank charge (to ensure any foreign transaction fees are reimbursed).

If your country is not part of Australian biometrics collection and you are requested to fly to another country for collection, submit a GG ticket so the company can arrange your travel and provide a separate payment for the biometrics fee.

All documents can be in electronic/digital format. Physical copies are not required except for your passport.

Identity Documents

• Passport, valid for the entire stay in Australia
• National ID card, if applicable
• Dubai visa or proof of AU/US/UK/Europe visas from the last 5 years

Financial Documents

• Bank statements showing available funds, such as a regular account, savings account, or credit card statement.

Employment Hero is covering the cost of travel during GG dates, so the bank statement is most important for Heroes extending their stay in Australia.

Supporting Documents

  The following documents are listed in order of importance. Up to 3 documents can be provided:

1. Marriage certificate
2. Children's birth certificates
3. Mortgage or rental agreement
4. Car ownership documents
5. If unmarried or without children: proof of immediate family living in home country - this can include family register, de factor relationship documents or proof of residence (e.g. official documents or utility bills showing your immediate family reside in your home country)

It is highly recommended to complete Form 54 with full details on your family. A maximum of 3 supporting documents is recommended.

Yes. All uploaded visa documents must be in English. Digital/electronic versions are all that is required; no physical copies are needed.

1. A DocuSign link will be emailed to you from gg26documents@employmenthero.com.
2. Click the Docusign link in the email.
3. Enter all required fields: name, passport details, job title, salary, travel dates, and home country.
4. Click submit
5. You'll then receive an email with the completed PDF Invitiation, download the PDF to use in your application
   
   There is no need to login to Docusign at any point during this process.
   
   Travel dates should include your entry date and exit date in Australia including any pre or post extension dates. 

     If you make a mistake with the information in the letter please submit a GG26 Jira tickets to request the letter be       resent to you.

Official PDF or bank-issued statements are strongly preferred.

Most supporting documents showing home ties to your country should be uploaded in the "Visa of country of residence (and right to return)" section by selecting "Other" and then naming the document, for example "Marriage certificate".

Use:

• All available EH payslips
• Up to 3 payslips from your previous employer

Use the "How to view, download, and print your pay slips" guidance if you have EH payroll.

A Google Form will be provided for document uploads.

1. Receive an email from gg26documents@employmenthero.com.
2. Click the Google Form link in the email.
3. Accept the privacy statement and click next.
4. Upload up to 3 documents - MUST be high quality PDF files.
5. Submit for translation.
6. Once the translation is complete, you will receive an email from gg26documents@employment hero with a link to your assigned Google Drive folder where you can download your documents.

If your documents are already in English and you don't require translations please advise us via the google form link emailed to you.

Yes. Translated documents will also be uploaded to your EH profile for future GG visa use with the exception of any children's birth certificates which will be deleted/removed from the system.

Google Drive folders will be deleted 3 months after GG26.

Usually no. Supporting documents should already be in English. If translations are needed, please submit a GG26 Jira ticket.

1. Submit a GG26 Jira ticket.
2. The GG26 Planning Team will share a Google Drive folder.
3. Upload your documents.
4. You will be notified once translations are complete.

No. Please provide up to 3 documents for translation. If you require more than this, submit a GG ticket for review.

If no translations are required, you can attach as many documents as you have, but prioritise the strongest documents showing ties to your home country.

No translation is required. Please do not provide English documents to be translated.
For Vietnamese Heroes please advise us via the google form link emailed to you if you don't require documents to be translated.

If your documents have already been translated into English, they can be used for the visa application as long as each translation includes the translator's full name, address, phone number, qualifications, and experience in the language they are translating. These details must be written in English.

The translator does not need to be officially accredited.

Vietnamese Heroes: if this applies to you, complete the Translation Google Form and check yes to "my documents are already translated".

Provide one of the following:

• Marriage certificate
• Divorce certificate
• Official name change certificate

A certified translation company will translate the documents and securely provide them back to the employee. Each document will include company stamps and notarisation.

All Heroes applying for a Stream 3 Subclass 600 visa will require a biometrics collection if lodging from one of the countries below, regardless of nationality.

If the country you are applying from is not listed, you will only need biometrics if requested, which will most likely not be requested.

If biometrics are requested and you require flights to the closest biometrics collection country, submit a GG ticket and the GG Planning Team will arrange your travel.

Countries not currently in the biometrics program: Canada, UK, India, China, Indonesia, Brazil.

Fingerprints and a photograph collected at an approved Visa Application Centre.

1. Wait for the email from the Department of Home Affairs requesting biometrics collection.
2. Book your closest biometrics location at https://www.vfsglobal.com/australia/.
3. Click your country of residence, which is where you are applying for the visa from, not your passport nationality.
4. Select "Book an appointment" or "Find a centre" to locate your closest centre.
5. Click "I don't have an account" and enter the required information to create a VFS account, if needed.
6. Activate your VFS account via the VFS email received.
7. Log in to VFS Global.
8. Click "Start New Booking".
9. Select your closest centre, appointment category "Biometrics Collection", sub-category "Biometrics Collection", then continue.
10. Enter your details and click save.
11. Use the Visa Lodgement Number (VLN) from the Department of Home Affairs email.
12. Use visa subclass 600.
13. Follow prompts to select appointment date and time.
14. Pay the biometrics service fee.

You will need your Visa Lodgement Number and subclass number. These details can be found on your biometrics requirement letter.

Yes. If you require flights and/or accommodation for biometrics, submit a GG ticket after booking your biometrics appointment with your appointment date and time and home airport location.

Standard travel expenses can be expensed, such as car kilometres. Those requiring flights can expense Uber costs between the appointment and airport, as well as meals required during the stay. Attend as instructed by immigration authorities. Generally, biometrics is the only requirement, but travel intentions may be questioned during biometrics collections.

If you already hold a current ETA, eVisitor, or Subclass 600 Business Visitor Visa for Australia that is valid for the entire duration of your stay, you do not need to apply for another visa.

If this applies, submit a GG26 ticket with a copy of your visa for the GG Planning Team to confirm.

Some passport nationalities may have additional security or background questions in the application. This is normal and expected.

Please answer these questions honestly and provide any additional information requested. For example, Indian passport holders may need to provide national identity card information.

Unfortunately no. Employment Hero is only able to support visa applications for Heroes attending GG26.

• EH cannot provide invitation letters for spouses, partners, children, family members, or friends.
• EH cannot cover visa costs for non-staff attendees.
• EH cannot assist with dependent or family visa applications or translations.

If family members plan to travel before or after GG, they will need to arrange and fund their own visas and supporting documents independently.
