Stream 3 - Subclass 600 Visitor Business Visa

Step 2 – Watch the video below for a step-by-step guide on how to apply for your visa. (You need to focus initially on the instructions provided up to 1m:50s of the video)

Step 3 – Collect all required supporting documents. (*For Vietnamese-based heroes, please check the translation process below). Click here to download Form 54 and complete your family composition.

Step 4 – Once you have collected all documents, completed translations and have received your reimbursement fees (VN & PH), you are ready to lodge your application. Complete your online application directly with the Australian Immigration Department via this link. (We recommend that you watch the video below from 1m 50s, which explains the lodgement process in detail)

Step 5 – Once you have lodged your visa application, you will be sent a receipt. Please upload your visa receipt via this link:

Step 6 – Await an email from the Australian Government requesting a Biometrics Collection appointment (only applicable to countries that are part of the biometrics program). Book and pay for your appointment and then upload your Biometric Collection receipt via this link: Click Here

Step 7 – Once you have received your visa approval from the Australian Government, please upload your visa approval notice via this link: Click Here

* Vietnam Heroes Translation Process:

1. A Google Form will be provided for document uploads.
2. You’ll receive an email from gg26documents@employmenthero.com.
3. Click the Google Form link in the email.
4. Accept the privacy statement and click next.
5. Upload up to 3 documents - these MUST be high quality PDF documents, poor quality images cannot be translated.
6. Submit for translation.
7. Once the translation is complete, you will receive an email from gg26documents@employmenthero.com with a link to your assigned Google Drive folder where you can download your documents.
8. If your documents are already in English and you don’t require translations, please advise us via the Google Form link emailed to you.

Once you have all collected all documents, you are ready to lodge your application. Complete your online application directly with the Australian Immigration Department via this link. (We recommend that you watch the video below from 1m 50s, which explains the lodgement process in detail)

Step 5 – Please submit an expense claim for your Visa & Biometrics fees here. Ensure you provide receipts and screenshots of the actual bank charge in your local currency

OTHER KEY INFORMATION

Key dates to remember:

• 13th July - Submit documents for translation by this date (if applicable)
• 17th July - Have all documents ready to go by this date
• 17th July - Viet Nam & Philippine Heroes will receive a bank payment for the Visa & Biometrics Fees (click here to view amount in FAQs page under Stream 3 - How much will I receive paid into my bank account?)
• 21st July - submit your full visa application by this date if you do not require translation or are claiming the cost of the visa retrospectively, you can lodge your visa as soon as you have all of the relevant documents ready!
